We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) free of charge. Depending on the weight of the order, it will be shipped using either First-Class Mail or Priority Mail service.
- Orders from 1kg to 3kg are shipped via First-Class Mail.
- Orders 4kg and above are shipped via Priority Mail.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation; however, the vast majority of orders are shipped the same day. A tracking number is provided with every order. Depending on the destination and shipping method, delivery time varies between 2 to 5 days, with over 90% of orders arriving within 3 days.
Liability
Mimosahostilisbark.shop guarantees that all products ordered through our website are of the highest quality and will be delivered to the specified address. If an address error occurs when placing the order, we are not responsible for the loss of the package; however, we will work with our customers to recover and reship the order whenever possible.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and returning the product. The maximum period to request a return is seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the order.
Before initiating a return, the buyer must contact us within the specified period at mimosabark96@gmail.com, where we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, including all original accessories and documentation. Items must be properly packaged for return. Mimosahostilisbark.shop will not process refunds or exchanges until the returned product, packaging, and accessories have been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued for the original order amount and processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective Original Product
If Mimosahostilisbark.shop receives a defective product, we will send a replacement. The exchange will be for the same item, and the customer will only be charged for the initial shipment. We will cover the cost of the return and reshipment. If the customer prefers to exchange the defective product for a different item, they must notify us in advance.
